There’s No Such Thing As Luck
You’ve probably heard someone say with a shrug … “oh well, she was obviously in the right place at the right time”.
This statement would have us believe that that someone has been ‘lucky’: that their ‘lucky star’ had been shining on them that day.
It indicates that the magic of co-incidence and serendipity were at play and that people with this type of ‘luck’ end up falling into brilliant jobs, have a glorious relationship and, put another way, they seem to have the Midas touch.
It seems that these type of magical co-incidents happen to just the chosen few.
Most people feel like a salmon going home to spawn. Life seems to be a continuous battle of swimming up-stream, being caught in the rapids and having to jump up waterfalls. And if all that wasn’t bad enough, then there’s the additional hazard of the bears, who think that salmon spawning-time is like Christmas and their delicious Christmas dinner is delivered to their door!
Why is it that some people appear to be in the right place at the right time? Some even believe that being in the right place at the right time is part of the natural law of nature, and that being successful is a bit like being in a random lottery or the decision is in the laps of the gods.
If you believe that being in the right place at the right time is part of the laws of nature (which we’ll call the Law of attraction), then you’re right. However, being in the wrong place at the wrong time is also part of the action of the Law of attraction.
In a nut shell, our universe is made up of electromagnetic energy. We live in a vibrational world which is managed by the Law of attraction. Einstein discovered that energy becomes physical matter. The Law works on the principle of Like Attracts Like – which means similar vibrations are drawn together. Similar vibrations always match.
Just like a radio, the TV or like your phone, you set the dial, press the channel button on the remote or ring your friend, and the radio receives what is being transmitted on that frequency of vibration; your TV receives the pictures and sound on that particular frequency and the same goes for your phone too.
Our thoughts and feelings generate a frequency of vibration. Every single thought generates a vibration which is being transmitted out of us, moment by moment. And the Law of attraction, always responds, moment by moment, because, in compliance with the Law, vibrations must match.
There is no such thing as luck.
The magic of synchronicity and serendipity are created by each of us with our thoughts and feelings. The saying ‘being in the right place at the right time’ indicates that everything is flowing to you and your life is working really well.
To get to the stage of living in the flow takes study: to hit the bull’s eye takes dedication, practice and patience. Sounds difficult? It takes focus and determination – but creating your life your way is fun and ever-so rewarding. And when you get to that ‘right place’, you’ll find its always the right time for you to be there; opportunities come to you, doors open, you meet just the right people to help you. Success abounds and life flows elegantly.
Learn more about the Law of attraction and how it works and, most importantly, how this amazingly powerful law only responds to us. And how to go about changing your thoughts and feelings.
