Want to get the hang of this ‘create what you want’ business?

Would you like to feel confident about creating what you want in life? Would you like to feel that you’ve at last, you can make it happen?

I’ve found that I do something more than twice, before I realise I can do it a better way next time. But constantly trying and retrying to working out how to create all the lovely things I wanted, took a lot longer than twice!
Can you relate to that?

Something struck me the other day about something I’d written in my last blog. It came suddenly to me and, it was so obvious that it seemed as if I’d been ‘slapped across the face with a wet fish’ (a startling wake-up call).

In the blog, I mentioned how I’d go to the hairdressers and tell her that I wanted a new hairstyle but as long as I looked the same, that would be lovely!

My stark realisation was that I wanted life to be different, and yet I wasn’t prepared to do anything about it myself:    I wanted the circumstances to change, while I remained the same.

That’s the same as me staying the same and wanting my outside world to change.

Our outer world follows our inner world. The good stuff doesn’t come to us, we have to change and go to the good stuff.

When you do get it that every thought is contributing to a momentum that will manifest it comes as a huge shock. And maybe, if you’re like me, I sat down and said “this is too big for me to handle” and I drank more tea!

But, there’s something inside of me (either it’s because I’m a Sagittarian or perhaps it’s because I’m a Colonial) that says – “there has to be a way: there has to be way to find out how it all works”.

I’ve spend the last 25 odd years discovering and honing ways to change my thoughts so that I can have all the lovely things I want and I’ve used the Bach Flower Essences to help lift my negative emotions and my mood.

My wish is to share what I’ve learnt ‘the hard way’, so that it won’t be as difficult for you or take you so long to get to where you want to be.

Affirmations are a good technique and when a negative thought pops into your mind, try saying something as simple as “I’ll think about that later” – and then deliberately focus on a different subject . This can be tremendously
helpful too.Wild-rose-image

And then, of course, there is my beloved Bach Flower Essences – a simple and natural way to change your negative feelings into positives, without you having to do anything about it.

The Bach Flower Course is now available on line.
