Law of attraction: 3 Powerful Tips
I know just how hard it is to keep your thoughts positive. And how it seems impossible to pull yourself out of difficult emotions. I also know, that you know, your thoughts and feelings are creating your life and even when you’re trying so hard to create something special, you just don’t seem to be able to keep the negative thoughts under control.
So I thought I’d give you a helping hand and offer you
3 powerful tips that can help you take steps towards
where you truly want to go.
1. Be Mindful.
Be present in this moment and pay attention to what you’re doing and feeling in this moment.
So often we do things on automatic: our minds running wild with what has happened doing during the day and what we’re going to do later. We tend to live our lives either in the past or in the future without focusing on what’s going on right now.
Eckhart Tolle says if we miss the Now, we miss everything.
Be aware of what you’re thinking. Are you chewing over something that happened yesterday, or further in the past? Or are you worrying about tomorrow.
To bring yourself back to this moment, take a deep breathe in and say ‘All is well and this too will pass’. Or chose something that’s meaningful to you. But truly – all is well.
You’ve heard me talk about gratitude many times. It is a highly creative energy. We get so tied up in focusing what’s missing from our lives that we don’t stop to recognise what’s good about our lives. And there is so many things to be thankful for in life and you’ll find them if you look.
I suggest taking a couple of minutes when you wake up, before you’re ready to open your eyes, and think about all the things you appreciate in that moment. And also a few moments before you fall asleep. Don’t forget to say Thank You.
Pick 3 or 4 things to focus on and just bask in the appreciation of what those things mean to you. If you can’t think of anything, just repeat over and over Ease and Flow. Ease and Flow. (This works wonders for soothing anxiety.)
3. Visualize It!
Imagine it. When you practice the first two of these tips, you let go of your stress and worries and you calm mind, which now allows the real power of this final tip come into your life.
Visualizing and imagining that you already have the things you want – the success, the wealth, the health – and truly feel those feelings, until you come to believe that you’re already living that life and, now the universe can deliver!
Using these 3 tips create a powerful synergy in your mind and create a positive environment which allows the things that you want to manifest into your reality.
Consistency is the key.
The most important tip of all is to practice them every day.
You’ll be amazed to see the positive changes coming at you from every direction!
