Evaluation Time

There comes a time in everyone’s life when you just have to stop:  stop doing what you’re doing and to stop and smell the roses, as the saying goes.

I do understand about stopping to smell the roses: to enjoy the beauty of nature and your life, but there are also times when you need to stop the merry-go-round and evaluate whether your ride has given you all that you hoped for.

Well this is just such a time. However, it is not a case of sitting down with a cup of tea (I’ve done that) or giving the situation some casual thought (done that too). This is a time to stand back and evaluate the bigger picture and see if actually the smaller picture of daily life is fitting neatly into the bigger picture, like the right piece fits into a jigsaw puzzle.

This is a time to actual stop everything (except for the few essential things that need to be done) and ‘do other’ things – unusual things, which will give me space to get everything into the right perspective.

This is what I’m doing at the moment. And I happen to know beyond a shadow of a doubt, that out of the ‘unknown’ that appears to rife at the moment – there is just so much change in so many areas of life at the moment – that a new idea will settle into the womb, the space that I’ve created and it will begin to grow into something beautiful I’m sure.

And so it is that I’m not running the Master Mind group in July as I’m stepping back and evaluating.  I am holding a Meeting on 28th August (see details below). I’m not quite sure yet what I’ll be doing in September, but I sure the Universe does.
